I just can’t see why we can’t emulate them… To be fair, this batch, by intellectual comparison, is so much better than previous batch. But obvious they haven’t gotten any sense. We don’t want just good behaviour and good results, but we want a group with can, without pushing, work well and play well in a team. Perhaps we can’t blame the younger batches for not knowing what to do when something crops up, the older batches just didn’t teach them (we auto-assumed they knew what to do). Sad case is that when they took over, they knew nuts about anything and just blew up.
